Set within the heritage-listed former Bushells Tea factory, this workplace transformation brought new life to a building rich in history. Attcorp worked closely with Slalom to create a contemporary, secure, and highly collaborative environment that celebrates the character of the original structure while supporting the needs of a modern workforce.

A key feature of the project was the construction of two freestanding meeting rooms, carefully positioned around existing heritage elements and designed to protect the building’s original fabric. Throughout the space, acoustic finishes inspired by Slalom’s brand palette add warmth, texture, and comfort, while flexible collaboration areas, integrated technology, and upgraded infrastructure support connection and creativity. New amenities, custom joinery, a wellness space, branded signage, and enhanced security systems complete a workplace that blends heritage charm with modern functionality.
